Can you still file the FAFSA if you didn't file a tax return the previous year?
I am a grad student who spent 2008 in Turkey and am wanting to know if I am able to submit a FAFSA for 2009/2010 without having filed a tax return. Many thanks for your help!

yes you can still file for FAFSA. I too did not have a tax return and filed and have received mine now. So yes hurry and file though because the sooner you do the more likely you are to get approved.
