what are the requirements so that i can go to university in turkey? can a foreign student be a turkish citizen can someone tell me what i need?

Jen - First of all you have to graduate from an high school or an equivalent from your own country to go to University in Turkey. If you have a degree from your own country you can even apply for a graduate program. Your questions need more knowledge and experience for an appropriate answer.
