For an American student visa, where are the medical papers processed?
This fall, I will be going as a college student to the States. I live in Turkey and am applying for a student visa from here (but I am not Turkish). Are the papers from my medical examination processed here in Turkey or some other country?

They would be processed in the country of entry. You say an "American visa" but don't say what American state, is it going to be in Brazil or Cuba or any of the other 35 American states??

there isn't any medical examination required for a US student visa.
