Which country would be the best place to be an exchange student in?
I would love to study abroad as an high school exchange student for a year. There is this scholarship that I want to apply for that includes different countries. I have to choose one to apply for. I was hoping to hear people's views on these countries. Which one do you think I should choose? *Turkey *Russia *India *China *South Korea *Egypt Thanks :D

Russia is intriguing, and if it is St. Petersburg or Moscow you should definitely try to go there! Turkey is lovely because of the charming climate and you are only 2 or 3 hours away max from beautiful tourist resorts and beaches. I agree: Turkey or Russia!

Russia. The others are technically third world countries. BTW Turkey is not just Istanbul, people live in slums outside of the city. Furthermore, journalists such as Hrant Dink, are killed if they right about controversial issues. If you go to India, there is a risk in drinking tap water, as it could give you diarrhea.
