What are some simple, quick things to make with ground turkey (cooking for one)?
I'm a college student who doesn't know much about cooking. I make turkey burgers all the time..though I'd like to learn to do some other things with the turkey, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

I use ground turkey anywhere a recipe calls for ground beef, except meatloaf. Rarely does anyone know the difference, except it's lighter tasting.

Turkey meatball sub. Take ground turkey, add italian breadcrums, oregano, thyme, egg and parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. form into balls and cook on baking sheet. Toast baguette, add turkey meatballs spoon over canned marinara and shredded parm,,, done. if you feel like it you can add some chopped fresh basil. Turkey tacos: take ground turkey, fry up in oil with store bought taco seasoning, and set up basic taco night: canned refried beans, shredded cheddar, chopped lettuce, hard taco shells... yummy Turkey meatloaf turkey, italian seasoning, ketchup glaze, eggs, storebought breadcrumps, salt, pepper, eggs, parmesan cheese, form into logs and bake ate 350 until set all the way through
