I tried many times to contact the Istanbul Cerrahapasa Faculty of Medicine by email, but I couldn't get any response. Hence I called them, but none of them knew how to speak English. So please help me by calling them and ask them the following: For an Intertaional student, when can we apply to the faculty and how? and what are all the requirments? If I am not wrong you should have joined an exam called LGS (an exam for accessing university) There are too many contingents for foreign students. LGS is executed 1 time for a year. I suggest you Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine. Because their teaching language is English. (This university is in Ankara the capital)

why dont you first ask yök? www.yok.gov.tr they deal with foreigner students throughout the year. yok is the organization that directs the students to the universities. as i know there are two ways of foreigner student acceptions, by yök and by the university itself. but as i know public universities are accepting students only by yök.
