I am looking for someone who can speak with me?
I'm an English learner. I am looking for someone who can speak with me on skype. I want to improve my speaking skill. I would like to talk about anything environment,life,philosophy or I don't know I'm sure we can find something interesting. My level is upper intermediate if its mean something and I'm an university student in Turkey.

While I appreciate your enthusiasm, this is a Q&A forum, used to help people who have questions get answers to their questions. If you want to find a chatpal, you can search for english speakers on Skype, MSN, Y! Messenger, Facebook etc., or place an ad in Y! classifieds.
