Get a bag of brownberry stuffing mix, follow the directions on the bag for stuffing adding 2 eggs, sage (1 teaspoon ) and some chopped onion.Stuff washed bird ( salt and pepper the inside ). Rub it down with olive oil ( or any other oil ) season the skin with salt and pepper , put about 2 inches of water in the roaster. Bake for 5 1/2 to 6 hours with a tent of foil over the top, take the foil off the last 45 min. This is the easiest way to do it without getting all Martha about it.

First you thaw the Turkey, then you clean it really good, wash it with really cold water then reach up in its poop shoot and pull all of its organs and the neck and stuff out! Then set your oven at 350 degrees and cook it for probley 4 hours or so!I accidentally cooked my first turkey upside down on its breast and it was SO good and juicy !! so now i always do that on purpose! Good luck Happy Holidays!!

Ok Here goes.... Rinse and then leave in sink full of cold water, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes. This will bring out the flavor. Then melt butter in the microwave and rub the butter (I use paper towel) on the inside and outside of the turkey. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and put on a rack (breast side up) in a roasting pan with chicken broth in the bottom of the pan covered with tin foil. (You can use canned broth or bouillon cubes) and cook at 350 degrees. Check every hour and baste with the broth. When it starts to brown under the foil, remove the foil and continue cooking until brown all over. While it is cooling, put the juices from the pan on the stove and add gravy aid, and corn starch with water to make the gravy. Enjoy.
