Can a Fiance Visa be changed to a Student Visa?
i have a girlfriend from Turkey and she was going to get married a man a few years ago but instead wants to come visit me. can she change her visa from fiance to student. shes going to go to colledge

No, she can't change a fiancee visa to a student visa. What happened with her fiancee visa? Did she travel to USA on a fiancee visa? How long did she stay in USA? When did she go back to Turkey? I understand that she is currently abroad in Turkey. If this is the case, she will need to apply for an appropriate visa before coming to USA (e.g. a student visa if admitted to a US college; or a visitor's visa if she plans to visit you in USA, etc).
